Final Sale on Custom/Personalized Orders
All custom and personalized items—including but not limited to monogrammed products, bespoke designs, and made‑to‑order merchandise—are final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any custom or personalized order once it has been confirmed or has entered production.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect to help us expedite your claim.
Once confirmed, we will, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or store credit.
Order Cancellations
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
If production has not yet begun, we may be able to cancel and issue a full refund.
Once production starts, cancellations are not possible and standard “final sale” terms apply.
