    • All custom and personalized items—including but not limited to monogrammed products, bespoke designs, and made‑to‑order merchandise—are final sale.

    • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any custom or personalized order once it has been confirmed or has entered production.

  2. Damaged or Defective Items

    • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

    • Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect to help us expedite your claim.

    • Once confirmed, we will, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or store credit.

  3. Order Cancellations

    • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

    • If production has not yet begun, we may be able to cancel and issue a full refund.

    • Once production starts, cancellations are not possible and standard “final sale” terms apply.
